WE SERVE THE SARASOTA AREA ONLY, including neighborhoods within a 5-mile radius of the city center.
We’re very sorry if you live outside our area, but due to The ChillMobile’s advanced age, we are not able to travel longer distances.
After you complete and submit this form, we’ll be in touch very soon to confirm/finalize details for your booking and take credit card information for your deposit.

We require a deposit of 50% of the event fee at time of booking using a credit card. The balance will be charged the day of the event. Charitable 501(c)(3) nonprofits get 20% off all event fees for corporate events. Tax is 7% and added to total.
Note: There are no refunds for deposits once truck has been booked. We will happily reschedule for weather or if your plans change. If we must cancel for any reason, we will refund your deposit and give you as much notice as possible.
